Kränzle - Navigation

Kränzle high pressure cleaners give first-class service:

They are distinguished by their extra-ordinarily high quality, extremely modern design, long service life and economic efficiency.

Kränzle high pressure cleaners also set standards in the context of environmental protection.

They save water and energy - and yet achieve a maximum cleaning effect. The available pressure is optimally adapted to the flow rate of the water, thus effectively reducing the overall consumption of water and energy - for the benefit of the environment.

Kränzle therm Technik

Perfection, precision, innovation:

The Kränzle therm hot water high-pressure cleaners combine a number of technical innovations from Kränzle that contribute towards reliable operation, the safety of the equipment and not least towards operating and servicing.

The Kränzle therm cleaners are extremely safe to operate, kind to the environment, clean and quiet. T

he Kränzle therm HP cleaners represent the state-of-the-art in equipment and safety.

The therm combustion unit:

The combustion chamber, a completely new design by Kränzle, is designed for professional continuous use, and the excellent thermic efficiency rating guarantees low heating-oil consumption and low emissions.

The new optical flame monitoring device:

The models of the therm 870, 895-1 and 1165-1 as well as the new therm C series are equipped with an optical flamemonitoring device. A photocell is located right above the combustion chamber and connected to the central control electronics. When the photocell detects extinction of the burner flame despite uninterrupted fuel supply, fuel feed is cut off as fast as can be done while an error message appears in the thermostat display.

The new thermostat with adjustable burner performance:

The models 895-1 and 1165-1 are equipped with a digital thermostat which now allows for 2 modes of operation:

Operation mode 1: Thermostat control
Press buttons to pre-select °C target temperature. The thermostat serves to measure the water temperature at the heating coil outlet and causes the burner to either switch on or off in accordance with the defined target values. The measured water temperature is displayed in °C.

Once the parameters are determined, operation mode 1 has an advantage over operation mode 2 in as much as temperatures can be kept steady at +/- 2 °C. This can even be achieved with marginal water quantities and at low temperatures as are, for example, required for animal washing. All of the last selected values are saved in the thermostat's memory.

Operation mode 2: Burner performance
Press buttons to pre-select burner performance in %. The burner will be switched on or off at a given frequency and in accordance with the defined target values. The water temperature is measured at the heating coil outlet and displayed in °C. The temperature depends on the currently preset feed performance (pressure) and the displayed burner performance. The high-pressure cleaners of the 870 as well as the new therm C/CA series are equipped with an analogue rotary thermostat (control range 30 °C - 150 °C).

The hour meter:

The digital thermostats in series 895-1 and 1165-1 are equipped with an integrated hour meter. When either the °C button or the % button are actuated for more than 2 seconds, the respective number of operating hours of the pump and of the burner will be displayed one after the other for approx. 5 seconds which, for example, helps to facilitate determining service intervals.

The new safety fitting:

The new safety fitting developed by Kränzle includes the pressure control valve for fully adjustable setting of the quantity and pressure of the water, and which also allows pressureless bypass operation. The safety valve continues to protect the equipment from excess pressure. The integrated flow indicator switches the oil burner off if the supply of water is too low, thus preventing the heating chamber from overheating.

Two pressure switches control the burner and allow the system to be switched off automatically if the gun is closed for longer than 20 seconds. The pressure switches also restart the system when the gun is open.

All components are tried-and-true, having been used successfully by the million in other systems, and are combined here for the first time in one service-friendly block.
