Liability for content

In accordance with § 7, Paragraph1 of the Telemedia Act we, as a service-provider, are responsible under general legislation for our own content on these web-pages. However, under §§ 8 -10 of the Telemedia Act we are not obliged to monitor third party information which has been stored or sent to us or search for circumstances which indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general legislation remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this respect cannot commence before the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement of the law. We will remove content of this nature as soon as we become aware of corresponding infringements of the law.

Liability for links

Our web-site contains links to external web-sites of third parties; we have no influence on the content of such sites. We are therefore also unable to accept any liability for this third party content. The supplier or the operator of the relevant web-sites is always responsible for the content of the linked sites. The linked sites were investigated for possible infringements of the law at the time the link was created. No unlawful content could be identified at this time. However, permanent monitoring of the contents of the linked sites is unreasonable without concrete indications of an infringement of the law. We will remove links of this nature as soon as we become aware of such infringements.
